In Ornellas house in the Baracca neighbourhood our guest rooms are furnished in a simple style in line with local tradition.
Roberto, Ornellas brother-in-law, will welcome you and describe, in the clear no-nonsense terms typical of Ligurians, the best things to see and eat as well as what must not be missed in the Cinque Terre.
Il Passato
The sign is a reminder of Ornellas grandfather, Giuseppe, a farmer who began building the house for his large family. Cultivating vines was a tough job and that is why we have called the various rooms after the small family vine plots. With the skills and labour of her husband Angelo, Ornella still cultivates these tiny plots of land today.
Paesaggi ed Escursioni
If guests are interested we can accompany them to visit these vine plots where the views are so breathtaking and unique as to erase the effort of the climb. They are excellent departure points for the more difficult trails or to visit the wine cellars of neighbouring vine-growers to discover the unique nature of their wine which is born from the union of sea and hills, unmatched in the world.
